v29 Phase 8.1 — Truth / Tax Live Synchronization Hardening
- Tax Engine calculation parameters now come from the generated Truth Registry runtime rather than an independent internal tax-rule registry.
- Added Truth-backed old-regime rebate, separate new/old surcharge rules, and new-regime marginal-relief validation for AY 2026-27.
- Hardened Truth freshness handling for current, future, expired, review-due and unverified records.
- Removed irrelevant FY 2025-26 rate boilerplate from generic calculators without changing tax/rate-dependent pages blindly.
- Fixed an existing Unit Converter JavaScript syntax error discovered during production-safety validation.
- Preserved existing public URLs, sitemap and robots.txt.
